We are thrilled to invite you to the launch of the ODA Board Network, a new initiative within ODA-Network aimed at increasing technology  expertise and diversity in Norwegian boards. The goal of the initiative is to challenge the «status quo» in Norwegian boardrooms.

The Speakers:

Gudmund Killi, Chairman of the Board, Evidi and CEO Credo Partners

Gudmund is the Managing Partner at Credo Partners, a private equity firm focusing on scaling up local B2B companies to leaders in their industries. With a robust background in industry and finance, Gudmund brings over 20 years of rich experience to the table. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate strategy, and operational efficiency, honed through roles at Credo Partners, Orkla, and Ernst & Young across Oslo, Moscow, and Zurich.

In his current role, Gudmund leverages his extensive knowledge and skills to drive growth and value creation through the boardroom.

Gudmund sincerely holds the view that diversity leads to improved decision-making within organizations and boardrooms and is eager to take part in the panel discussions during the launch of the ODA Board Network.

Hedvig Bugge Reiersen, Partner, PhD, Wikborg Rein

Hedvig is head of the firm’s Company law practice group and advises on private M&A-transactions (mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations), and on day-to-day company law matters.

Anne Lise has 20+ years’ experience from startup- and growth companies. Her background is from the SaaS and gaming industry, including 9 years as CTO of Attensi where she was part of the founding team. She has extensive experience as board member of tech companies and investment funds ranging from startup to VC/PE and IPO.

Sagar Chandna has over twenty years of experience in technology and venture capital, serving as Sr. Partner and CTO at RunwayFBU and Chairman at Tech Nordic Advocates. He is known for effectively merging technology, data, and people to solve global challenges. His investment approach is marked by a commitment to diversity, impact, and profitability. Sagar is also an advocate for gender equality in tech and supports related initiatives. As a frequent speaker, he promotes straightforward strategies that combine tech innovation with business growth, aiming for progress and profitability within an inclusive entrepreneurial environment.

Karen Dolva er tidligere daglig leder og med-gründer av selskapet No Isolation. Hun studerte informatikk og interaksjonsdesign ved Universitetet i Oslo, før hun startet hos StartupLab i Oslo. Hun har mottatt Europakommisjonens Women Innovator-pris, som skal fremheve kvinnelige gründere under 30 år. Forbes har valgt henne ut som en av verdens topp 50 kvinner i tech og BBC har satt henne på sin liste over verdens 100 mest inspirerende kvinner. Dolva er engasjert i likestilling og oppfordrer aktivt jenter til å satse på karriere innenfor teknologiske yrker.
