Talk 5: Evidi
The Digital Grapevine: The Knowledge You Won’t Find in a Slide DeckDocumentation is great — until you need that one tip from a colleague who solved your exact problem three months ago using an obscure API and duct tape. In our team at Evidi, the digital grapevine — team chats, loooong discussion threads, shared “aha!” moments — often carries the technical gold that never makes it into the slide deck. It’s how we learn about edge cases, tiny fixes, and the messy, time-consuming reality behind the clean architecture diagram. Informal channels aren’t perfect, and they shouldn’t replace structure or governed sources of truth. But they’re essential complements — lowering the bar for questions, speeding up feedback, and building a close-knit, psychologically safe culture. Speaker: Erlend Øien, Senior Consultant, Evidi |

Speaker: Natalia An, Principal Data Scientist, Microsoft |
