Trusting Teams: We believe this is the key to cross-functional interaction

Telenor is going through a transformation, exploring completely new ways of working. The era of projects being solved in a fragmented way across different divisions is over. We are taking learning that we already have in many teams, more broadly out into the entire company. With an agile way of work in cross-functional teams, psychological safety is a prerequisite for success.

Melinda Holmgren and Laila Warncke-Wang share their experiences in Telenor and want you to walk away with some concrete tools that you can bring back to your everyday life.
