What is ODA Awards?
The jury’s work is based on the ODA Awards: an award program that highlights individuals and organizations that advance diversity and inclusion in the technology industry. The ODA Awards aim to recognize tech professionals, everyday role models, leaders, and organizations for their extraordinary contributions, both within the industry and in their own workplaces.
The awards are gender‑neutral and reflect the values of the ODA Network: inspiration, courage, empowerment, and passion.
ODA Changemaker: A person who creates positive development in the workplace and inspires others.
ODA Techie: A specialist who leads by example, shares knowledge, and delivers results.
ODA Leader: A leader who consistently creates impact, is visible in the professional community, and uses their voice to promote diversity and inclusion.
ODA Champions: An organization that works strategically and demonstrably with diversity and inclusion – and shares its experience with others.
