The award recognizes individuals who challenge established practices, share knowledge, and deliver real results through technology. Whether through product development, mentoring, or community engagement, ODA Techies help ensure that technology reflects the diversity of society and creates tangible value.
The winner will be announced at ODA Inspiration Day 2026.

The finalists are:
Candidate 1: Anne Holst‑Dyrnes
Anne Holst‑Dyrnes is a Global Lead Advisor at Twoday with deep expertise in data and AI, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on development. As part of Twoday’s global Data & AI team, she contributes to initiatives across markets while working directly as a developer. Anne currently delivers solutions supporting the societal mission of the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate and has previously developed analytics solutions for the Norwegian Directorate of Health to improve access to critical data and support better decision‑making.
Anne is known for making complex technology understandable and relevant. She actively shares knowledge through courses, talks, and mentoring, and has trained more than 1,000 professionals in Power BI. Her work delivers scalable, high‑quality data solutions with clear value for both customers and society. Through technical excellence and strong commitment to knowledge sharing, Anne promotes broader and more diverse participation in technology.
Candidate 2: Cathrine Bruvold
Cathrine Bruvold is Head of Power Platform at Point Taken AS and a leading expert in modern application development, automation, and AI. She challenges established approaches by promoting scalable low‑code solutions for complex and mission‑critical systems, and by emphasizing that technology should be accessible and reflect the diversity of society. Cathrine combines strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery of enterprise solutions that automate workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve decision‑making through applied AI.
In 2025, Cathrine received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) title in the Power Apps category and is currently the only person in Norway holding this distinction. She is an international speaker on application and agentic solution development and contributes actively to the global tech community through conferences, workshops, podcasts, and open‑source work. Through measurable results, visible expertise, and international knowledge sharing, Cathrine advances both technological innovation and diversity in the tech industry.
Candidate 3: Norma Løvhaugen
Norma Løvhaugen is VP Product Management at Neat, where she defines the strategic product roadmap and helps shape industry‑leading video collaboration experiences. Since joining in 2020, she has played a key role in building Neat’s product portfolio, working across engineering, product, design, and go‑to‑market teams.
She is known for bringing cross‑functional engineers together to turn complex innovation into intuitive, high‑quality solutions that strengthen Neat’s competitive edge. Norma believes the best products are created in inclusive environments where diverse perspectives are valued and strong collaboration meets high standards for design and execution.
By fostering trust, curiosity, and shared ownership, she helps teams deliver solutions that are both technically advanced and easy to use, creating real value for customers while reinforcing Neat’s position as a market leader.
