Anna Gjerlaug | Leader, Strategy & Planning
Anna Gjerlaug is Head of People & Culture for the global Collaboration Devices team at Cisco. Anna’s focus includes employee wellbeing, inclusion & diversity, and ensuring the office is a magnet to all employees. Since joining in 2018, Cisco Norway has been named #1 Great Place to Work in 2020 and again in 2023. Anna was recently awarded “Finalist” for HR Personality of the Year by Great Place to Work Norge. Before Cisco, Anna acted as Head of Human Resources at Inditex, supporting the Zara and Zara Home brands in Norway and Sweden. Anna is a certified coach through the Norwegian Gestalt Institute. After hours, Anna enjoys hitting the snow with her two Samoyed sled dogs, Monsen & Nansen.
Marte Sannesmoen | Product Marketing Manager
Marte is a Product Marketing Manager for Webex devices, based out of Oslo, Norway. She holds a MSc in Corporate Communications from the University of Amsterdam, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Manchester. She is passionate about telling stories about how technology can change the world for the better and help organizations meet their sustainability goals. When she is not working, you can find her hiking with her husky or enjoying a good book.
Steinar Brander Iversen | Senior Director Engineering
Steinar leads the Cisco Oslo engineering department developing all our Video Collaboration Products. The team includes 120+ engineers working across several disciplines including mechanical and electrical engineering, displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, low-level software and more. Steinar is passionate about Circular Economy aspects of our products and also works closely with other teams within Cisco focused on Sustainability.
