Matt C. Smith – Inspiration Day 2022 Host
Matt is a former venture capitalist, exited-founder and author. Today, he is better known for his energetic, entertaining and educational stage performances as an acclaimed public speaker, lecturer and event host at many of the largest tech conferences around the world.
Matt’s career started in growth-stage venture capital at Conde Nast, investing in 2 unicorns; Farfetch & Vestiare Collective. he then followed his entrepreneurial interests and founded a media company (The Lunicorn), to bring entertainment to the innovation industry.
Matt’s short-form documentaries have been viewed over 2 million times, and he has worked with the likes of Microsoft and the European Commission. In November 2020, the company was acquired by Atender.io.
Today, Matt is a professional event host and corporate entertainer travelling the world hosting some of the largest events and creating the most memorable experiences for these audiences.
