ODA Inspiration Day is the annual conference for everyone interested in tech and diversity. On June 6, the attendees had the opportunity to expand their skill set by gaining insight into the tech-infused landscape of descion-making, understand the science behind informed and effective choices, and learn to decode desicions.

The theme of 2024 was Decoding Decisions, where we focused on the ability to make informed decisions in a world marked by growing complexity and information overload. We delved into practical strategies to decode decisions and navigate uncertainty with finesse.
